HELLO ALL,  I AM CURRENTLY UPDATING THE SITE WITH A NEW CMS.  HOPEFULLY ALL GOES GREAT.  AS OF RIGHT NOW THE SHOUTBOX DOES NOT WORK ON THE CURRENT 7.2 PHP.  IT WILL ONLY WORK ON 7.0 PHP.  ONCE THEY GET ONE THAT WORKS, I WILL INSTALL IT.

Getting things moving a little more.  With the help of Lonestar, one of the creators of this cms, was able to get the shoutbox working.  Hopefully more to come.
