I decided to install a new ssd in my computer.  All went great with the cloning.  Problem I have is if  I restart my computer within windows or windows restarts after an update.  My bios does not recognize my second hard drive or my cd drive.  If I power down my computer and then turn it back on everything is fine.  Primary hard drive is recognized either way.  Any thoughts on this.

I have a post on many different sites trying to find an answer.

Ok , so make sure the SSD is on SATA1 cable, secondary HDD on SATA2 cable, then the CD on SATA3. In the BIOS set the boot order to match, SSD, HDD, CD. Let me know if that works. Also check to see if you BIOS has a SSD support option that may need to be enabled.

Everything seems to be hooked up according to the book.  Just not sure why it does this only on a restart.  Turning computer off completely and waiting a few seconds and turning back on works just fine.

What I would do is check to see if there is a BIOS update available for your Motherboard if all else fails.
